Standard- US Shipping - 7-10 business days
International Shipping - 10-15 business days

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles.   Our candles are made using natural soy wax, pure fragrance oils, and wood or cotton wicks, resulting in a candle that is clean-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.  

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at rebecca@thewicklife.com or 440-749-8272 so we can make it right! 

Returns:

Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rebecca@thewicklife.com.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
